The Hiring Process
We pride ourself on employing staff that is passionate about educating and care for young children. We seek creative, career minded individuals to work with in our center long term.
1. Employment Application and Resume
All interested candidates must complete an employment application and submit a professional resume for consideration for all employment opportunities.
2. Initial Interview
The initial interview is conducted by the director and will consist of a center tour and review of application and resume. Please bring portfolio or other documentation for review.
3. Interactive Interview
The interactive interview is a 4 hours classroom interactive experience that allows the candidate to get a feel for everyday classroom activity. For certain positions it would be a requirement to plan an activity to execute within a classroom.
4. Secondary Interview
This is the final stage of the hiring process and takes place if needed. The secondary interview is conducted by the Children's Program Director at EUMC.
